The course provides knowledge and technical tools to enable the company to comply with the "Crisis Code" regulations, anticipating the emergence of a crisis and limiting its worsening. In this regard,to best understand the economic-financial imbalance, the most useful tool is the indirect financial statement, as a report that summarizes both economic and financial aspects. This in-depth study constitutes the second part of the course, devoted to an approach that is practical and oriented to know how to become autonomous in the production of such a document.

The participant will gain a comprehensive understanding of the new CCII regulations, with specific insights into the early warning procedures and prospective indicators of a business crisis.
